"Learn to capture the beauty of light at sunset and transform ordinary landscapes into extraordinary paintings with intertwined colors and textures. Use thick and expressive oil paintings, painted side by side without smudging, to form an'open impressionism '."
-Irene Hansen

Her paintings are highly recognizable.
If you have to describe it concretely,
It's like eating a fungus,
Seeing colorful colors in the ordinary world,
Its non-obvious but real existence.
Not realistic as seen by the naked eye,
And using impressionist methods to create emotions,
Heavy oil paint brush strokes to express movement.

Paul Cezanne: "Light cannot be replicated, it must be represented by something else-color."

Erin Hanson
Irene Hansen was born in the United States in 1981,
The first painting exhibition in 2006 was at an exhibition visitor center, Valley of Flames State Park, Nevada.

Irene's memories
She started learning some basic painting at the age of eight,
In order to give Irene a good learning environment,
Irene had many skilled art teachers,
Acrylic, watercolor, pen, pastel, and drawing are all ways of painting that Irene can hardly refuse.
She is not confined to the studio, so the outdoors is her most inspiration.

Irene has a talent for painting far beyond her peers,
She was commissioned to paint when she was 10 years old,
At the age of 12, Irene worked odd jobs in the wall painting studio after school, and participated in the huge 12-meter-long wall painting mural in the studio.
At the age of 14, he went to Otis Art Institute for further study for 2 years with excellent results.
Irene graduated from high school at 16,
Once again, he showed his talent as a child prodigy and was admitted to the University of California, Berkeley.

Some people say that "living by painting can only be like a beggar",
Irene believed the words in her ear.
So she chose to study for a degree in bioengineering,
She was deeply inspired by the works of Van Gogh and Monet, and marveled at their transformation of everyday objects into beautiful artistic masterpieces with intertwined light and shadow.

The birth of open impressionism
While pursuing a degree in bioengineering,
She takes painting as an amateur homework,
Of course, there is no delay,
The art has also been further enhanced.
After graduating from college,
Irene became a rock climber again,

▲ Crystal Light, oil painting, 2013.
Crystal Light captures the prismatic spectrum of refracted light.
This work has become synonymous with Hansen's open impressionist style, and at the same time is considered the first stage of Irene's stylistic evolution.

Weekly trips to Red Rock Canyon, Mount Charleston and southern Utah for rock climbing. During the intense climbing, when she saw the Red Rock Canyon for the first time: a magnificent red and orange rock formation shining brightly in the morning light.
The colorful red rock landscape rekindled her passion for painting, and shortly after moving to Las Vegas, she went out the door every week to write about the essential things in life.

For years, Irene has been drawing inspiration from nature,
Take thousands of reference photos,
Later, these photos will be used to create oil paintings of different sizes in the studio.
Irene loves Impressionist painting style. In order to find her own unique painting style, she founded the contemporary painting style "Open Impressionism".
Unlike traditional oil painters, Irene doesn't superimpose paint layer by layer; On the contrary, she spreads her brushstrokes side by side, without overlapping each other, and strives to be "in place at once" for each stroke. Sometimes she uses only five kinds of paints to create vivid and pure colors on the canvas, which stimulate imagination and arouse people's emotional experience outdoors.

3500 landscape paintings in 20 years
Later Irene lived in a valley in the United States,
She used a brush to create a painting with the theme of wine industrial park,
Chase light and shadow to capture nature's gorgeous colors on canvas.
Crazy creation led Irene to rent a 700-square-meter space to build a studio.
Hold a solo exhibition in your own studio,
Let audiences everywhere feel her art firsthand.

The representatives of "Impressionism" are probably Van Gogh's sunflowers, Monet's water lilies, and the scene of lunch with Renoir. The paintings are rich in color and depict scenes of everyday life of the era. There is no camera-like realistic shock, but it stunns all the audience with color.
Irene, 32, is the creator of the new faction. After integrating classics into modernity and adding elements of outdoor sketching, Irene let thousands of artists know about her light, shadow and color interpretation skills.

Irene, 44, has persisted for more than 20 years,
Such enthusiasm for painting,
Today, he has created more than 3,500 original oil paintings for collectors all over the world.
Gain a wide group of loyal fans and collectors,
Naturally, he also won prizes in national competitions.

Neo-Impressionism is not just her own random talk,
Irene spent 20 years studying her "open impressionist techniques",
This dynamic and expressive painting technique has been adopted by hundreds of art colleges,
It has received millions of online fans and thousands of collectors all over the world to support and like.
Like other Impressionists, Hansen's works are more abstract when viewed up close, but "clear" when viewed from a distance.

Be special and unique,
When everyone is still imitating and learning from others,
Irene is obsessed with studying a magical world of colors,
She became a role model in artistic growth,
Express art in thinking,
Use the brightest paint to show the color charm.
